AMRR this is a ton to uncover here. So this is how this they can afford to pay for this acquisition? Frinzi is taking the old Multiband assets. Which was a trading on the NYS ticker (https://www.linkedin.com/company/multiband/about/) MBND.

Last 10q https://sec.report/Document/0001445305-13-002156/ showed assets of 131 million.

However Multiband sold for $116 million

Multiband was a huge company.
