"As a biomedical engineer, I'm passionate about bringing new interventional medical technology to market. My current role is focused on developing electromagnetic neuromodulation (regulation of nerve activity) technology, namely Pulsed Shortwave Therapy (PSWT). My expertise includes product development, clinical research planning, product/project management and regulatory strategy development for class II medical devices. Working in a small medtech company has strengthened my working knowledge of quality management requirements for medical device companies (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, IEC 60601).
