last 8k didn't mean anything, that's why the stock went down... it was just a Letter of Intent... NOT legally binding... though once the Secretary of Commission Exchange is filed, everything the last 8k said, will at that moment matter... we're almost there... this month should be the start of us moving north and next month should be the cash out for most of the long-term shareholders. who have been here sense $AWGI
