Davidio2, thanks for your knowledge of these things. I believe that the statement on Twitter on Nov. 8, when they said they will be using token revenue and the share buyback will commence immediately serves as a notice. Twitter posts are now considered legal in many venues, particularly when it comes to what the President of the US did, is going to do, or thinks! So, they may have fulfilled their obligation, however they didn't reveal how many shares or how long the program will last.
