The Rontan's should file a reply brief 21 days after service which puts the timing at the very end of February or beginning of March assuming they don't request an extension. I would estimate that oral argument would be granted although GDSI opposed it. An estimate is that oral argument will be scheduled 4 months out which puts us in May. The 11th Circuit is very quick. California (9th Circuit) runs about 16 months for decisions. We should get a decision by very late 3rd quarter or early 4th quarter assuming Rontan does not ask for an extension
