$SLJB - OTC Market Disclosures are disclosures and proves that $SLJB is a Clean Shell.
OTC Market Disclosures also give you information on the current share structure including the total Authorize Shares and Outstanding shares, transfer agent, who the Director and controlling officer of $SLJB which is Carey W Cooley right now and any controlling shareholder that may own more than 5% of the Outstanding shares of $SLJB.
I, as a very long $SLJB shareholder only, continue to be patient with Carey W Cooley and I am staying positive and "Trusting the Process" for $SLJB going to Pink Current and the removal of the CE.
I have been watching Carey W Cooley tweet about all his other stocks like $AVVH, $FBCD, $IFAN, $IFXY, etc... for over a year now and not tweet anything about $SLJB so I can understand why some shareholders and posters here are getting frustrated on no tweets.
I am up at 2:45 am CT on a Sunday morning typing here so you all know that this $SLJB stock can keep a person like me up at night but it has kept me up for 15 years wondering, praying and hoping for this to go Pink Current and to go fully compliant.
I am thankful for Carey W Cooley and I feel that he probably has a lot of skin in the $SLJB game now also. I am not a player hater here so I am happy that Carey W Cooley is having some success with $IFXY.
I am only invested in $SLJB in the OTC Markets and not invested in other OTC stocks right now. I promised myself that I will not go back to Las Vegas or buy another OTC Market stock until $SLJB is pink current and compliant.
My story there is that I was in Vegas when my friend from Shell where I was doing some IT project consulting at the time called me and told me that my favorite stock $SLJB that I was buying shares (for me, myself and I) was tanking in November 2006. LOL, instead of going to Vegas, I used that money to buy more shares of $SLJB and other non-OTC Market stocks over the last 15+ years..
Note: There have been many times where I wanted to buy an OTC stock even some of Carey's other stocks in 2021 but I am waiting; but when/if $SLJB does go Pink Current, there is one or two that I may buy a few shares...
Also, one of my good friends who was at Shell with me in 2006, texted me that he was in Vegas right now and I told him that I was very jealous. I would love to go back to Las Vegas but only if $SLJB goes Pink Current..
