My 2 cents fwiw:
1.) Think of these 2 guys (Cutler/Green) as temporary intermediaries working to broker a rm here. (That's what they do)
2.) They want to make money with this and are clearly working toward that end. (see the adjustments that they put in place in the Intro. I provided)
3.) Be aware, their MO has usually resulted in a deep and severe rs to existing shareholders of 2 plays that I have seen-(1 other play resulted in a share exchange though which presumably made a lot of $ for shareholders)
4.) The course of action that they take and the timetable with this one is anybody's guess.
