Institutions don't invest in OTC stocks.
Institutional investors have to file a form 13 with their entries and exits. There are none for SKYI.

Since you had me digging...i see on OTC Markets...it has the promotion flag designation. That means this is being pumped and promoted by paid promotional methods.

Hence why the penny stock newsletter is hyping it. And why someone might post this is going to $1. LOL
