Just a guess, but since the default is based on a failure to file the Annual List, which is the simplest of filings that just requires the identification of all officers and directors, one of them may be declining...or unavailable...to be identified as such. All 3 Officers are over 70 per the last 10K.

They're a current SEC filer selling for $.0008/share. It's no surprise that there's a question or two about them.
