This great news comes out and the stock is flat. 9 months ago this thing would have doubled out of the gate on a proposed merger with these absolutely positive terms:

has a deal on the table for $ILIM. Deal terms have been agreed to, including 3 clauses to protect shareholders within 24 months following the transaction:
1. No Reverse Split.
2. No Unnecessary Dilution.
3. No AS increase (Current AS is 3.6 billion).

Trade accordingly (take profits when you have em) IMO.
