It’s Manchin’s climate bill now. Here’s what might be in it

First article I have seen which talks about Manchin's desire for hydrogen/ccs. This is the 800 pound gorilla that has been dismissed for the past year. If Dems want any legislation at all to pass, they must meet Manchin's demands on hydrogen/ccs. This should not be complicated, since DOE and Biden both support hydrogen/ccs.

The article give some dollar figures and you can see that the old BBB bill was highly slanted to solar/wind and shafted hydrogen/ccs. However, article did not mention 45Q tax credits which were significant but will surely be even higher now that everyone is acknowledging that Manchin is in control and the clock is literally ticking before midterms are approaching.
