Volume is up. Current share price is still -29.5% below 6 month high, -96.25% below all time high. Opportunity for penny stock traders, but longer term investors who were not insiders have gotten burned. Interesting to learn of any institutional interest if significance will develop. Without institutional interest of some kind, investor success will be difficult.

Management team has new opportunity to move forward. Let's see what they can do with it. Numbers will tell the story.
