Soooo...is Morrison (who wasnt CEO of entire L'Oreal entity..but simply a CEO of one division of L'Oreal over 22 years ago) working for free...cause the company has ZERO revenue and TONS of debt...they already said without substantial capital the deal wont happen and the products wont be produced...unless Morrison works for pennies...because without a RS thats all he will be able to convert his shares for...pennies...why did PBIO PR the exact same deal...and what is Integrity's cut..after licences deals and Magical Morrisons pay? These guys have guaranteed themselves MILLIONS of dollars in "Consulting Fees" and "Compensations" whether they produce a product or not!!
