I have no faith in Rossi and even less in Lorenzo Rossi. NPEV reeks of a scam to burn ignorant local governments.

The Canadian Government grant is nice. We welcome free money.

All that really matters is that TerraVis is on track and I really am getting nervous because Rossi hasn't mentioned it much lately. If he was honest in the past I would have more trust but he was not always forthright. In fact, it seems there were critical moments where he lacked candor. Is this all smoke and mirrors? Is the internal battery issue the only thing stopping the TerraVis demonstration? Is there more wrong? How did they test any unit without batteries?
