Yup. That's the rub, isn't it? Considering $QENC's incredibly low market cap, it's difficult to believe the PPS could decrease upon announcement, but I know it could.

Any buyer with a heartbeat should keep us around the same PPS. Even a company valued at, say, $10m should send the price up. If they deal in blockchain or metaverse...jackpot! CBD...we get hurt. Israeli arms dealers...long months wait for nothing.
