Very well said…..95% of plays die or do nothing as to providing stakeholder value to investors due to dilution….. companies end up diluting to raise funds just to pay their pickets rather than invest and grow…… and when @therate dilution increases its game over…… we end up sitting with bags full of garbage.

Proven do some analysis …… all companies need dilution to grow however if controlled and managed…….. companies in penny world that jumped from 0001 cents to dollars or so……. Check dilution was null or minimal.

RGBP has potential …… as stated by Koos he is trying and has cleared off most toxic …. Right step… now we wait for the last note to complete and hoping we do not get more notes …….. RGBP has the potential to grow and make is money ….
