Thanks Geeps.

Pratt & Whitney does not have "joint ventures" with outside companies, as the term implies a legal connection relating to liability and it is not normally utilized. As part of UTC, they are exceptionally compartmentalized in the way they handle and manage all of their outbound press, communications, and information releases. This is to prevent reverse liability to their organization - for example active investors in new companies asking what the status of various projects are (a frequent event due to USSEC's momentum).

Turnkey was asked to correct terminology of how we express our involvement with Pratt & Whitney simply because of the legal ramifications of quoting and creating supply partnerships with multiple new companies with emerging technologies. USSEC through its explosive growth and opportunity is but one of them. Unfortunately the website text you referenced slipped through the cracks during the re-design earlier this month and will be updated immediately.

Regarding Turnkey Electric LLC, the company has actively co-introduced emerging PWPS products to more than six thousand key organizations and individuals worldwide - ranging from CEO's to Governors to Ministers nationally and overseas. We have facilitated the creation of five year recovery plans with Iraq's reconstruction office for areas needing future power, introduced the new mobile MP25 to more than three dozen governments, and our interests have been represented in physical and conference-call based meetings as far away as Dubai by Pratt & Whitney themselves.

We have been less active over the last 90 days with our representation of their products, partly because of the sheer number of interested parties we already have in the sales cycle, and more importantly - our work with USSEC due to our belief in its purpose and future role with green energy. It is a night and day role, and we have shifted our priorities heavily towards supporting the company and its valued shareholders.

Thanks for the heads up on the letter, and appreciate your due diligence in trying to help make USSEC the best company possible.
