I think it is hard to put a lot of merit in what comes out of the Congo, good or bad.

That country is always on lists of the most corrupt in the world.

Does this mean someone in Kwango forgot or refused to grease the palms of airport officials and is now paying for it?

Same as the great news that INSD had the largest acreage of cannabis under cultivation in the DRC as was pointed out on this forum. News release from the DRC ? Yeah thanks, pass.
