I would have to assume that those who are selling, are giving up on this, expecting a R/S. those buying think this is the bottom.

What's most likey? has this company done a R/S before? If no then this is probably the bottom.

If it goes to $0.0005 then you can dump at $0.0004 and double.

My money is in an uptick
