I’m shocked by this result, that is the actual explanation, I read an iHub post before I ever invested in a Lazar stock talking about R/S inevitability and I didn’t listen to the advice. Then I couldn’t understand why the stock went to .17 on an 8-k. Then I couldn’t understand why no one on earth was investing in a SS gem, word must have got out months ago and I was the last to know. Weird part is that the name change document wasn’t filed till recently. How did everyone know between the 8-k filing and the name change filing not to invest ? That is a true mystery to me. At any moment a new company could have emerged but everyone knew it wouldn’t. No one feared missing out on potential millions if say a major app bought the stock or something. How did the collective consciousness know that and buy into other stocks with worse share structures instead? The run to .17 didn’t even make people think twice, this stock sold off for 3 months since then like the R/S was already known to be inevitable by most investors.
