cabos_tacos, I have an explanation for everything that I can legally talk about when it is something I know of. I don't answer every question on this board and even ask my own and dislike some things SeaView has done. I don't know EVERYTHING!!! I just try to communicate the facts that I know from my relationship with Rich and SeaView.

I have no idea about the lawsuit against Rich, whatever one you are talking about. We never talk about that because most of the time he can't tell me anything and in turn I couldn't tell you either. So I guess my response is no comment because the only info I get is from this board on this subject.
