WRONG! It can easily be a no revenue start up. Some shells get sold and their owner fails to even update the fins and they end up on the EM. Anything can happen.

The way SSM has been handling this, all sneaky and secretive does not bode well at all. If in fact there was a real company with real revenue coming in, there would be no need to hide this. SSM would have been promoting the sale of the IFAN shell because it would also help their other shells. Hmmm..wonder why that hasn't happened. The concealing of the identity of the owner only leads to one conclusion, that the owner coming in is not a big company and not going to bring a positive influence to SSM. Why else do you think they are all hiding it? I think a NDA was done strictly for this purpose, to give SSM more time to dispose of their other shells.

Let's face it, it's NOT Henniges. They would NOT be using the old company logo to communicate to shareholders on Twitter. They would not be communicating at all if it was them, according to your conspiracy theory. And also, the name on the OTCM would not be:
