The reason for my thinking it's a possibility is the share structure. There are 11B shares outstanding out of 15B possible, leaving just 4B shares to distribute to the current shareholders of Tersus.

With the market cap already at an over valuation of $35M, I don't think they'll raise the A/S.

And it's unknown if Rosen is looking to raise cash by selling shares.
