USA stock brokers do not allow buying Expert Market stocks.... Now there is no way for any American custodian to buy a chunk of BCAP shares , which they must do, before submitting a custodianship petition. So this fact makes it impossible for American custodians to take over this ticker... USA is out of the game here folks.
