As far as I read, they own a fair piece of Sumcoin . They're trying to sell or pledge Sumcoin they own .. Supposedly, their piece is worth around 60M. USEI should be selling for conisiderbly more .I know how many shares are authorized and how many are issued. If they have other assets this stock is even more undervalued..
