It's not just her (Alison Galardi's) reputation on the line, but the Owners reputation(s) as well.
That Owner is the proverbial and quintessential reason for MONI's clean balance sheet, no debt, and non-existing note holders - that we know of.
IMHO Alison is not looking to remain on the OTC. MONI will seek to uplist - just not to the OTCQB, but eventually to the NasDaq, when the time is right.
I would say that the Charles Gasparino trump card would be well executed right about that same time....
