QNTA: SERIOUS_PROBLEMS_PER_10-Q !! UNDER_SEC_INVESTIGATION = NOT_GOOD !

This Q-3 QNTA 10-Q filing is a TRAIN WRECK to put it mildly - I've done a "first pass" read and will explain in subsequent posts many, many items I find TROUBLING to say the least- such as almost no cash vs massive new toxic debt being added, contrary to their claims etc.

BUT THE HUMDINGER - is they are under formal investigation by the SEC !

The SEC NEVER EVER EVER EVER "notifies" a company "YOU ARE UNDER FORMAL INVESTIGATION" until and after many complex steps and SEC attorney review take place etc.

NOTHING is ever "not serious" about a SEC investigation - as the SEC has extremely limited resources and thus picks its targets and only convenes a "true bill" aka "motion to move ahead with formal investigation" which means they will be given subpoena power etc - they ONLY DO THAT when they truly believe they have a civil or even criminal issue worth pursuing !!

From time to time, we are a party to, or otherwise involved in, legal proceedings arising in the normal and ordinary course of business.

On August 5, 2021, the Company received notice the Securities and Exchange Commission had commenced on investigation related to the Company and affiliated persons and entities.

The Company is cooperating with the Commission. We are not aware of any other proceeding, threatened or pending, against us which, if determined adversely, would have a material effect on our business, results of operations, cash flows or financial position."

THAT = a mega huge "serious problem" and GIANT RED FLAG to put it mildly - and it's only one of MANY that really popped my eyes open on this SEC filing !!

LOTS of things IMO (and it's just my opinion) but many things no longer "add up or make sense to me" per what Mgt has said vs the true reality as presented in VERY weak financials and poor performance and a SHIT TON of expenses and "related party" dealings etc.

I'll have more later - but it ain't lookin good IMO. NOT GOOD AT ALL !!
