I am with you on that. That PMPG PR is a disaster (one in series of Opps?). Never mind why....It should be obvious to anyone that has read up the SEC rules on the form 211, that if they really need one it could be game over. Which is very hard to believe. The new SEC regs basically made it impossible to get one. And if they need one, then why does it look and act like pink current on OTC Markets page and with 3 MM's on the bid and ask?

On second thought, my Ndtp (still a CE) stock is pink limited now on OTC, but no US customer can buy it. yet it has MM bids and asks.
