Interesting. I sure hope for all of our sake, it will be all good, but they've done this more than once, which is why I brought it up.

Right on the late filing it says this:
Alternative Reporting companies on the Pink Current tier may utilize the Notification of Late Filing to receive the extension. The Notification must be submitted by the applicable reporting deadline to qualify for the
extension.

This means the late notification should have been in on or before the applicable deadline of the 14th.
