Dear xxx,

We are working on moving to solicited status, but OTCM may require us to
publish audited financial statements which we are working towards
accomplishing within 3 months this goal, but can not give any guarantees
on the time line as we can not control when the auditor signs off.

Why do I get the feeling that this is also dependent on the spin-off and what they have planned afterwards, like the exit of parent. lol.
