Maybe wrong but everyone expected the factory to be open back in August so kind of old news and most likely baked in. I think. maybe this run up has to do with what is going on in Glasgow and COP. Big talk of Europe giving large subsidies and making it cost effective to switch to H2 and penalties on carbon.
