Even though I have not owned canopy since 2018, I have followed them closely because this company put me on the path to financial freedom and I’m saddened to see what’s happened here. It’s not surprising though, as my number 1 complaint was that canopy has never run this as a business, first under the Little drummer boy Bruce, and now under corporate control of constellation, they have never instituted proper business practices. It’s the reason I sold when I did. I have been telling this board this for many years, even before I sold and I was ridiculed for it. Well now we are seeing what I was warning about. Constellation will eventually buy this company because they have invested too much to walk away, but I believe it will be penny’s on the dollar that they will pay. It seems like their plan from the beginning was to run this into the ground.
