BBI and NBY low float review here....
Good morning, 2 Bottom plays to consider.

BBI, Brickell Biotech, at .40, public offering should have been done 3 days ago. 85 mil float. Under steady accumulation as of late.

NBY, Novabay Pharmaceutical, at .58. 35 mil float, stock has been beaten down. High volume 2 days ago, moved easily. Yesterday was a low volume walk down attempt.

Both are low float bottom bounce plays.
