Yeah, sure. The "assumed" offering price is $9 for a unit. That'll be the best the "debut" on NASDAQ would be at if that holds, and the warrants no longer being free trading may discount that further.

Company #1 Offering price: $3.13 for 1 share and 1 free trading warrant.
Day before NASDAQ PPS $5.83. Day 1 NASDAQ $2.83. Currently $1.97

Company #2 Offering price: $6 for 1 share and 1 free trading warrant.
Day before NASDAQ PPS $33.47 (split adjusted). Day 1 NASDAQ $5.40 Currently $2.42

Company #3 Offering price: $5.50 for 1 share and 1 free trading warrant.
Day before NASDAQ PPS $7.60 (split adjusted) NASDAQ day 1 $4.42 Currently $5.15

That last one was most recent and is the only one that had 1 run up to their "day before" PPS.

So, yeah, NASDAQ isn't what the OTC makes it out to be. "Holding" through an uplisting doesn't appear to be a great strategy.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
