Preliminary proxy concerning sale of operating assets filed 10/29/21. It shows that on 4/8/21 PartnerOne provided written interest of intent to aquire all the shares of EVOL for 40 million. Board of directors changed offer on 5/4/21 to sale of operating assets instead because their intent is to take EVOL private after EVOL is delisted from NASDAQ, and the market value of the shares fall on the over the counter exchange. Julian Singer did the same thing with CCUR. Vote no on sale.
