NOT TRUE as anyone who understands how a government PPP forgivable loan works, would know that most of those funds go towards wages & consultants. Nothing to do with selling notes. It's in previous filings. This is why I do my own d/d. I only take advice from professionals who know what they are talking about.

Also, all R & D companies on any exchange sell notes to raise funds to keep the business operating. Good to see the major investors backing Kyte & Gallagher to get the job done, a vote of confidence.
