Looking forward to this meeting and would like to know why it has been posponed ? (I did not buy the explanation given). Whatever, I hope the company will very soon set a new date for the postponed meeting (November is right around the corner)

What we know is that the products are kind of revolutionary, management did a great job at developping a Marketing/Distribution/Selling network and has now decided to add a manufacturing facility to its operation, in addition to its manufacturing partnerships.

The company (for has much as I know) had no debt up to now and added ti its cash position in part to build its manufacturing plant.

What I look for is a corporate update meeting covering level of revenue generation up to now, current cash/debt situation and plans relative to uplisting the stock.
