The only reason I have any info is that some others posted here about what they had gotten and I called NNLX and requested that they fax me the stockholders meeting ballot. Not good, but I am used to not getting proxy materials from small companies until after the vote. Part of the delay is no doubt due to the fact that I hold all my shares in street name.
