Personally, I do not generally like dilution. However, in this case (no debt, starup type environment, extensive distribution facilities, close to revolutiony products, great management, ...) I consider the said relatively small dilution to effectively be totally justified at this development stage of the company.

Even considering + 0r - 115,000,000 shares at $1,93 CDN (1,56 US) market cap is only $220,000,000 ($176,000,000)

Personally, I found money to add 10% of my base at current price ($1,93). As we say: I did put my money where my mouth is.

This being said I intend to sell 15% of my base sooner than later, when a profit can be made (I have some other opportunities to play with).
