You own a piece of a manufacturing facility that will operate in the black in normal market conditions (if not already). A huge percentage of the company changed hands in the dark (after voluntary termination or suspension of SEC registration). Appears to have been a good sized commercial investor (or two). Did buyer(s) have wind of the new rule coming? Who knows, but well over half of SVTE shares were being held in reserve for potential MA at the time and presumably still are. One way or another, the market (insider or street) will set a value for your shares and pay it.
