I personally would have both until something changes with their fundamentals. Both are solid.
I think if I were you, with your type money ;), I would buy 1 million of NSAV and park it.
Same with the other, when you sell, leave 1 million and forget about it.
That's my 2 cents brother!
One or both have a very good chance of surpassing $1+'s.
