For the gazillionth time, each and every ready, especially our Federal Circuit Panel, should simply compare the cropped Table in our adversaries' Proposed Findings of Fact, with the cropped Table copied verbatim into Judge Du's Opinion, and the actual full Table in the actual Kurabayashi paper. No need to pour through hundreds or thousands of pages of documents. Just three simple pages in the Appendix, where any reasonably objective person using rudimentary logic and common sense, can draw their own inevitable conclusion.

The more we proceed, the more I like our chances of success. A lot of work to do over the next three weeks though, to really nail the door shut.
