So funny that you mentioned his old attorney/lover Ginger Kelley.

I was thinking he needs a really good attorney to help him stay out of jail. Obviously, Ms. Kelley did a "good job" with his last Felony conviction. He didn't end up in prison, only probation.

However, assault might be a different case for Petey plus his past "alleged" abuse/assault problems.

Sure would like to read the current police report.

I am also wondering if the person below would want to help with his current assault arrest.

Not sure why this person dropped the charges, maybe it was his little wifey begging for mercy, "pleading for her sweet kids who needs a father"... Maybe the person was paid off... or maybe it was just good ol' intimidation by Michaels.

Anyway, I do wonder if the person that filed this would have something to offer...
