Conspiracy theories should at least have some credible information at their origin if anyone can be expected to believe them!
"PRE PLANNED" - Baseless speculation
"UNAUTHORIZED" - They didn't need authorization, the court had ordered Linda to turn the company over. It was legally Asher's company!
"PLANNED TO NAKED SHORT 700M TO 1B+ DBMM SHARES" - That is absurd. Only a corrupt MM has the ability to naked short... and even then, they couldn't possibly find buyers for a small fraction of that number of shares!
On an unrelated topic.... I am thinking of lobbying Congress to make opening a brokerage account require a prior IQ test!
