False Statement . Also said RXMD CEO Shouldn't have said it. The spin is coming from the other Side saying he meant it differently. Only in OTC can spouting lofty Goals and Missing them be "Twisted" as a Positive "GOAL", or interpreted CEO didn't mean what he said. What happens when you miss LOFTY Projection in the Real Market...
