It's not really a merger as we typically see them, if I'm understanding what they're doing. HPMM isn't affected. They created a company (in bold below) to merge into AEMC to become a subsidiary that will immediately be trading when completed. The question becomes what will HPMM put into AEMC.

Pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (“Agreement”) dated and effective September 23, 2021 by and between, Hemp Naturals, Inc. (“HPMM”), American Estate Managment Company (“AEMC”)
and Hemp Naturals Merger Sub, Inc. (“Merger Sub”) jointly the (“Constituent Corporations”) completed a merger resulting in AEMC as a subsidiary of HPMM, (the “Merger”)
