Problem is when a company, especially in the pinks or otc markets puts shares out, the shorts, "naked" shorts will take full advantage. What I see here is two things, first the company needs to stop selling shares in to the market and start investigating why they are being NSS the way they are. Like blood in the water and what is happening here the shorts will try to destroy the company! They also need to announce that they have all they need at this point and announce they will NOT R/S. This is not rocket science here and some companies will get it and some won't! Will they?
