Incorrect. Never said it wouldn't break .001. I said it would take retail to push it above .001. 262m volume and and it's up .0002? Once retails stops buying the news what do you think will happen? The dilution will carry it back down just as the dilution is preventing it from moving up with any kind of significance.

If you're going to quote someone make sure you quote them correctly.
