I believe there will be no answers to any questions as the BCSC see no reason to give these answers nor any answers to Chile.
Why you ask? There is no jurisdiction between Chile and Canada on these legal matters and the BCSC see themselves as a governmental body of BC and Canada.

Matters would need to be brought to a Canadian court and we can not afford to litigate any long drawn out court action. It would have to be an inter governmental matter which would take many many years.
