*We don't have a confirmed plan..but this Sierra Income Corp deal w/Barings BDC is basically "liquidation" outside of the confines and control of the BK.

How much of this flows to the Debtors estate? that's a question perhaps only a Liquidation Trustee (LT) could answer later..much later! My guess is very little.. if not $0.
